This workshop is not about how to lose weight or find
the right diet.
It is about examining our beliefs and behaviors around food and our bodies.
It is about appreciating all facets of ourselves and celebrating the bodies
we have.
Examining our patterns and challenging our preconceptions
can bring up powerful emotions. In acknowledgment of this we require all
participants to have a therapist or equivalent support system outside
the group.
